I have been doing family finding for 3 plus years now. Before Connect Our Kids, I would use butcher block paper to build a family tree, and I would spend a week or more attempting to locate roughly 30 to 50 family/relatives. Now with Connect Our Kids software platform, I am able to find a plethora (over 100 or more) family/relatives in a matter of hours. I have been utilizing the Connect Our Kids software platform for roughly a year. This has been a major game changer for our CASA Program and for the kids in CPS care.

Immediately, the team asked, “How can we help you find connections for foster youth?” NOAS partnered as a pilot agency for the software and now has fourteen staff using the system regularly to find permanency. Recently, a new staff member located an estranged sister of a birth mom. The sister lived a few miles from our office and was already a licensed foster parent. Auntie welcomed her nephew and has been matched for adoption. Without the tools provided in the Connect Our Kids software, we may not have found permanency for this teen.
